Customers spending over $250 during this period (after the discount is applied) are eligible to claim a free pillowcase set via a pop-up prompt at checkout, subject to stock availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Linen To Bed Pty Ltd.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

As a business operating in Australia, Linen To Bed Pty Ltd is obligated to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding refunds, returns and exchanges. Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected. Customers may also be entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major problem with the product that cannot be fixed or if it is unsafe.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We offer returns for change-of-mind purchases within 30 days. Please notify us as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return. For a change of mind returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. To manage returns, please visit my account. All sale items are non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable.
