We offer FREE shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over AUD $100. We offer a flat rate of $15 within Australia for all order under $100.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a notification confirming the details of your purchase. You will also be notified when your order has been dispatched, and a link to track your order will be provided. This will enable you to keep track of your purchase and stay informed on its expected delivery date. Standard Shipping within Australia:

• Metro: 2-5 Business Days
• Regional: 3-6 Business Days
• WA: 5-8 Business Days

Important Note: Some remote locations may take up to 11 Business Days.

Returns

We offer returns for change-of-mind purchases within 30 days. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a return.

For a change of mind returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in or washed. To manage returns, please visit my account. 

Faulty Order

At Linen To Bed, we check every order before shipping and pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please email us at hello@linentobed.com.au , please include your full name & order number, and we will get back to you ASAP.
